Jacob Miller is pretty cool, not among my favorite but I may add him in the list. I don't consider Lee Perry a singer, I have seen him twice in concert and it was not really impressive... However, he was one of the best Reggae producers in the 60's-70's and he was responsible for some of the best tunes in that period (for example, "Chase the Devil" in this list was produced by Lee Perry). So, a great producer but not a great singer whatsoever and one of his tunes is already in the list.
